Rehearsals are after school from 4:30 - 8pm.

Performances - Sat. April 26th @ 6:30pm AND Sun. April 27 at 2:00pm


 Please note - The last few rehearsals before the show will  have extended rehearsal times by 1 hour  to put the final touches on the show.

Show Day - Students Arrive - 90 minutes before the performance begins.  
Hair and make-up should be completed. Students should be wearing underdressing (shorts/cami's-t shirts) 

Tuesday Cast - 
Dress Rehearsal - Friday April 18th - 5:00 - 8:30
Performances - Friday April 25th at 6:30pm (arrive at 5:00)
AND Sat. April 26th at 3pm (arrive at 1:30)

Saturday Cast - 
Dress Rehearsal - Sat. April 19th -  9:00 - 12:30
​Performances - Sat. April 26th @ 11am (arrive at 9:30)
AND Sun. April 27th @ 6pm (arrive at 4:30)

Wednesday Cast - 
Dress Rehearsal - Saturday April 19th - 3:00 - 7:30
Performances - Sat. April 26th @ 6:30pm (arrive at 5:00)
AND Sun. April 27 at 2:00pm (arrive at 12:30)

Hair -  Please show up to the dress rehearsal/Show day with hair completed. Fiona’s hair should be in pin curls or braids for wigs. All girls should have hair in braids if long enough or out of face if short. 

Make up - Please arrive at the dress rehearsal/Show day with your make-up completed. 
Natural colors to outline features - dark eyeliner, Mascara, blush or bronzer and a lipstick slightly darker than their natural lip.  If you are blonde and have light eyebrows you will want to darken them. Girls playing male characters: we can help you create a masculine look when you arrive. Shrek and Donkey: We will help you with makeup when you arrive.

Please note - Leave all your jewelry at home.  No earring, necklaces, bracelets and watches.

Here is a helpful list of things to put in your showbag:
Water Bottle - Labeled with your child's name
Makeup for possible touch ups - (do not share for health reasons)
Deodorant ALL students please wear Deodorant and bring extra!  
Hair items (brush, spray, pins) for touch ups between shows.  
Quiet Entertainment - for downtime - electronics w/headphones, book, coloring book, drawing items, cards, homework
Snacks, if bringing a snack, it needs to be non messy. (Nothing icky, sticky, greasy or staining)  costumes are shared and we will not have time to clean them between casts. Please consider this, and eat at home before you arrive, if possible. 


Things you need to know about Drop off - 

Drop off at the backstage area on 11th Ave. We will greet the students and send them up to the theater. Parking is limited backstage. Do not park in the back lot if you are walking your child in. 

Parent Volunteers Parking backstage - Please do not park in the backstage lot, please park in the lot to the right of the backstage lot.

After Show - PICK UP - pick up on show day after each show is different. We release the students into the house (audience area) for parents to pick them up.

Costume info - Once the show is cast this page will be updated to reflect more specific things for the current show.


Costumes Fees will be announced for each show and are based on the theme and style of each production.  We do our best to keep prices down.

Female Students will need to provide - 
Tights - Color will be determined by the costume style
Neutral skin colored fitted/tight cami  -  (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Booty shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)

Male Students will need to provide
White Undershirt  -  (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Biker  shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)

Makeup - Students will need to have their own make-up for performances. We do not encourage the sharing of makeup/brushes etc. for cleanliness.  In most cases students (male/female) will need to wear basic stage make-up.  Any special make-up (face painting etc) will be taken care of by us.

Suggested Makeup list - Foundation(optional), black mascara, neutral/brown eyeshadow, blush/bronzer, dark eye liner, brow pencil for those with light brows, lipstick darker than natural lips.  And brushes etc. to apply make- up.
