Why the Arts Belong in Every Homeschool
Homeschooling gives families the freedom to build an education that truly fits their child — and the performing arts are one of the most powerful tools you can add to that foundation. Whether your student is naturally outgoing or quietly creative, theater and music teach skills that go far beyond the stage: how to listen, how to collaborate, how to take up space with confidence, and how to express what words alone can't quite say. At NoCo Theatrix, our homeschool programs are built around that belief. Small groups, experienced instructors, and a welcoming community make it easy for your child to dive in, grow, and have a great time doing it.
Our Homeschool Programs
Fall Musical Theater
Homeschool Theater
Our Homeschool Theater class brings the full musical theater experience to homeschool students in a flexible, community-focused setting. Students work on singing, acting, and movement — building toward a real performance while developing confidence, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with peers. It's the perfect way to add a performing arts credit to your curriculum and give your child a community they'll look forward to every week.
Music
Ukulele Classes
Ukulele is one of the most approachable instruments a young musician can pick up — and one of the most joyful. In our Ukulele classes, students learn chords, strumming patterns, and simple songs in a relaxed, encouraging environment. No prior musical experience is needed. Whether your child wants to strum along to their favorite songs or explore music for the first time, this class is a wonderful standalone creative outlet or a perfect complement to theater.
